RETURN POLICY

We the “Turbonix” promised to provide fresh and the quality product(s) only. We believe you enjoy your purchase. If in case for any reason you are not happy with our product(s), we are ready to accept the return.

 

Before initiating a return request, please talk to our return advisor on +91 99795 46493 for the issues you’re having with the product. We’ll try to resolve the issues you’re having and assist you accordingly. If you’re not satisfied with the resolution, please read below.

 

We are giving the option to return with a full refund for the undamaged, unscratched and all spares along with crash guard should be returned for full refund. Original condition with original packaging and the tag attached, within 30 days of receiving the orders.

 

We will not accept return requests for any harmed and packaging damaged product(s). We will bear the return shipping cost for only those products you are requesting to return for our fault.

If you discover any fault in any product(s) purchased from “Turbonix”, you need to notify us within 3 business days from your recipient. In such a case, we will make a full refund upon safe return or exchange. We will be liable for all shipping and delivery costs.

 

If you believe you have received a product(s) that differs from your given orders. In such a case, you need to notify us within 3 business days from your recipient and we will arrange for it to return to us and will redeliver the correct item/s. But, if the product(s) are found with no fault and no differ found from your given order(s), in such case, it will be redelivered to you and you will manage the shipping and delivery cost.
